Are their XENON headlights, equally glaringly angry and obnoxious too?

Why have ‘AUDI’ been allowed to dangerously dazzle other drivers? Say http://www.lightmare.org/ and their supporters!
Sadly it is not ‘AUDI’s’ fault, but that of our Government and the European Parliament. That means Audi Jaguar/land Rover, Citroen, Mercedes, and BMW. In fact all Motor Manufacturers can blind and dazzle us legally at the present time!
